1. Basic Introduction.

1.1. Tutadoo is an easy and convenient way for event creators to create, list, ticket, market, and build communities around their events, and for people to find, participate and connect with events and activities they love to do. Tutadoo is an innovative all-in-one solution for event creators designed for use across the entire event lifecycle. We provide an easy-to-use, effective and convenient ticketing, and registration platform through our online web page and mobile app. Tutadoo is a Limited Company registered in Kenya under the registrar of companies and operating within the Kenyan legal regime.  Our principal offices are based at ABC Place Westlands, on Waiyaki Way in Nairobi Kenya. 1.2. Several terms are used. When we refer to "Organizer" we mean event creators using our services to create events for consumers and attendees using our services (a) to gain information about or attend events ("Consumers"), or (b) for any other reason. Event Creators, Organizers, Consumers, and third parties using our Services are all referred to in these Terms collectively as "users", "you" or "your". When these Terms use “Tutadoo”," "we," "us," or "our," they refer to Tutadoo Inc. and Tutadoo (Kenya) Ltd and its affiliates, and subsidiaries, and each of its respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees, without limitation.

1.3. Tutadoo products, services and features refer to our copyright protected offering that include but are not limited to Tutadoo platform, web product, mobile applications, web pages, programming interfacing, domains and subdomains. They also include our tools including ticketing tools, payment tools, community building, event management and marketing tools.

2. Accepting Our Terms of Service.

2.1. These Terms of Service and any other documents referenced in them are a legally binding agreement between “Organizers'' who are the event creators, “Customers” who are the event ticket purchasers and attendees as well as general “User,” and Tutadoo. They are designed to provide guidelines governing the access to and use of our services and offerings, and setting out the rights and responsibilities of each party. By using any of our Services (including browsing our site), one is agreeing to these Terms.

2.2. For event organizers, agreeing to use our platform implies agreeing to these terms of service. By agreeing event organizers hereby agree that they will at all times:

2.3. Comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, county, national and other laws, rules and regulations with respect to information you collect from (or receive about) consumers.

2.4. Comply (together with your affiliates) to obtain and maintain, prior to the start of ticket sales, all applicable licenses, permits, and authorizations (individually and collectively, "Licensure") with respect to events hosted by you or your affiliates on the Platform.

2.5. Comply, and will ensure  compliance of the venues for each event hosted by you or your affiliates to all applicable laws, regulations, rules and ordinances.

2.6. If one does not agree to these Terms, as described and set out in this Terms of Service, then, do they are required to NOT use or access the services or offerings on properties and site.

2.7. If one is using the services or offerings on behalf of an entity (such as on behalf of an employer), they agree to these terms on behalf of that entity and its affiliates and in such cases they represent that they have the authority to do so. The terms and conditions then apply to them and their organization, and affiliates.

2.8. If one is an event organizer offering events with paid tickets, Tutadoo Merchant Agreement also applies. If one is an event organizer or creator, or an event attendee or consumer, Tutadoo Community Guidelines also apply.  are applicable to you.

2.9. For both “Organizers” and “Users”, agreeing to these Terms of Service, also means that you have acknowledged and read Tutadoo’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Statement applicable to all “Users”.

3. Applicable Terms and Conditions.

3.1. Tutadoo sells tickets for events on behalf of “Organizers” who are event organizers and creators, providing them with its services which allow them to manage the ticketing and registration of attendees, and the promotion of events created. Tutadoo is neither the creator nor the owner of the events listed on the platform. As such Tutadoo is not in any way responsible for any damages,  liabilities or harm effects incurred by either “Organizers” the event creators or “Users” the event attendees as a result of the events listed on the platform. Moreover, Tutadoo has no control over the content, images or other material used by “Organizers” on the Platform and is as such not liable in any respect. Further to this, Tutadoo does not in any way indicate that we subscribe to, endorse or condone any of the messages used by event organizers. These are solely the views and opinions of “Organizers.”

3.2. Tutadoo makes it clear that we have no control over and we do not guarantee that the quality, safety, accuracy or legality of any event or content associated with an event listed by “Organizers”, the truth or accuracy of any information provided by “Users.” Tutadoo has no responsibility to  any “User” and disclaims all liability  to any party arising from the acts or omissions of any “User” using our services.

3.3. Tickets listed and sold on Tutadoo on behalf of event organizers and creators cannot be re-sold for commercial purposes or for premium gain. Any ticket sold or purchased in breach of this condition may result in the bearer of the ticket being denied access or admission to the event, and may further result in legal action against the seller. For further information and emphasis, the terms and conditions (as prescribed in this agreement) remain in effect even when such a  ticket changes hands. The reselling of any ticket purchased via Tutadoo even though it be in breach of this specific clause, does not nullify the terms and conditions of the original ticket sale. Any subsequent ticket holder is bound by Tutadoo terms and conditions.
